Hello, my name is Olivia Hewitt! I am so excited to be apart of the Montgomery Makos family this summer as a swim coach. I am going to be a sophomore this upcoming year at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. I am studying nursing and hope to become a Nurse Practitioner one day. While this will be my first year coaching swim team, I started swimming at the age of 6. Growing up, I swam on summer teams and continued to swim for Sycamore Junior High and High school. In 2018, I also qualified and competed in USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships. Lastly, I have five years of private swim lesson instructor and lifeguard experience. I am looking forward to meeting all of you! Go Makos!!
Madison graduated from Sycamore High School this year, where she was a four year varsity swimmer. She will be continuing her swimming career at Alma University in Michigan next fall. Madison has been competitively swimming for 12 years and swimming for the Montgomery Makos every summer since she was nine years old. She holds five club records at Montgomery Pool. This will be Madison's fourth season coaching for the Makos and she also assisted with the Sycamore Junior High School Swimming and Diving Team for the same four years. She is looking forward to another great season. Go Makos!

Hello, my name is Samuel Beutel. Next year I will be a senior at St. Xavier High School where I swim and play water polo. I also raced in the 2018 and 2019 Triathlon High School National Championship, with 2019 being the year in which the “TriBombers” took home the gold. Apart from school athletics, I play for Moose Water Polo Club and competed in the Olympic Development Program National Championship Tournament in Riverside, California. I have been in the water for as long as I can remember, and I have loved every second of it. I can’t wait to coach on such an amazing team!
